What type of notifications do you support?

Worksmith Workforce was built with customizability and flexibility in mind. We support SMS, email, and in-app notifications that can be configured by user role and notification type. For example, you can choose to notify store managers of new tasks while excluding sales associates.

Is Worksmith Workforce a native mobile application?

Worksmith Workforce is a responsive web application, meaning it can be accessed in a browser on any device with full functionality. It can also be saved as a shortcut on your mobile device, allowing it to function similarly to a native app without requiring downloads or updates.

How long does onboarding take?

Onboarding timelines vary based on the scope of your implementation. For most organizations, full onboarding takes approximately 45–60 days. In some cases, we have successfully onboarded organizations with over 1,000 users in less than two weeks. Timing largely depends on the retailer’s readiness.

Our training content isn’t great. Do you help improve it?
